Three-room apartment located on Britanski trg, total GPA 133.34 m². It covers two floors, located on the fourth and fifth floors of the building. The first floor consists of an entrance hall, one bedroom, a living room with a dining room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a storage room. It is possible to access the terrace from the first floor. On the upper floor there is a spacious gallery, decorated as a bedroom with a library. Also on the second floor there is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a toilet. Speakers installed in both bathrooms. The apartment is equipped with an anti-burglary door, an alarm system, a video intercom and air conditioning, and the floor is covered with parquet. The heating is gas central. The orientation of the apartment is north-south.

The apartment includes a part of the common space in the attic, the size of approx. 70 m², a terrace of 29.51 m² and a basement of 150 m².

The installation of a panoramic elevator with access to the terrace of the apartment and the installation of a facade with thermal insulation were agreed upon. The elevator will be installed by Metus, and the facade is financed with grants from EU funds.
