Maja Nikolić

Maja is the founder and owner of the agency and company Roel Real Estate d.o.o. for real estate business. The agency is built on the solid foundations of the education she received at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZŠEM) in Zagreb and the Russian Higher University of Economics (HSE) in Moscow, when she actively began to study the real estate market and world trends in that area. After winning the title of Miss Croatia 2012, she continued her career in the IT sector of digital marketing, and then in real estate business in one of the leading and oldest real estate agencies in Croatia.

She takes full responsibility for the real estate buying and selling process from the initial professional sales presentation to the final signing of the purchase contract. Skilled in planning, negotiation, reporting, use of marketing tools, training, and staff management and coordination.

Maja prides herself on offering her clients insight into different real estate markets and the ability to discuss the many options and directions they could take. Also, many investors in the construction sector realized that they operate more efficiently when the Roel agency arranges, contracts and manages the sale of apartments and business premises in projects, than when they deal with it themselves.

She has excellent communication skills and always listens carefully to what clients want. She believes that patience and perseverance are very important in working with clients and that each realization of a contracted job is just the beginning of a lasting positive relationship.
