In addition to electricity and water, the plot has approval for a gas connection, although it is planned that gas will not be used, as the heating according to the project will be based on electricity with heat pumps. The area of ​​the garden is 726 m², but the land is cascading and not all of the area can be used.

The external dimensions of the house cannot be changed, given that the house is already under construction.
