The project of a residential and commercial building in the Ribnjak neighborhood of Zagreb at a prestigious location in the center of Zagreb on Ribnjak Street is a touch of modern architecture integrated into the old city core. The carpentry on the courtyard side and the sliding walls on the street front are made with triple IZO glasses, protection from the sun in the form of electric blinds and protection from insects in the form of roller mosquito nets, the windows are protected by aluminum movable shutters.
The garage spaces are accessed via the driveway to the basement floor (-1) and the ground floor (0) through glass doors with remote opening. There are 18 garage spaces and 5 parking garage spaces in the basement. There are another 16 garage spaces and 4 parking garage spaces on the ground floor.
In the basement and ground floor, the floors are covered with ceramics, and the walls and ceilings are polished and painted with semi-dispersive paints. Fire protection is installed. The floors are secured with fire alarms and a sprinkler fire extinguishing system. A system for detecting the concentration of CO is built in, and ventilation is forced with ventilation ducts and centrifugal suction fans whose operation is controlled by timers and a system for detecting carbon monoxide.
The area of garage spaces ranges from 14.40 m² to 28.20 m², and the area of parking garage spaces ranges from 13.80 m² to 24.80 m².
