Agency Price List

 

Roel Real Estate d.o.o. operates in accordance with the Decision on Fulfilling Conditions for Real Estate Mediation, issued by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, and is registered with the Croatian Chamber of Economy.

If you are buying or renting a property, you will be assigned a personal Agent who will inform you of your rights and obligations, as well as the applicable brokerage fee should a transaction take place.

BROKERAGE FEE PRICE LIST for mediation services in the purchase, exchange, lease, and rental of real estate, in accordance with Articles 27 and 28 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act (Official Gazette 14/14). All listed amounts are subject to VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.

Property Purchase

Buyer pays a commission of:

  • 2% – 4% of the total agreed purchase price
  • Minimum: €1,000.00

Property Sale

Seller pays a commission of:

  • 2% – 5% of the total agreed purchase price
  • Minimum: €1,000.00

Rental / Lease – Property Owner

(Landlord / Lessor)

  • 50% of one month's rent – minimum
  • 100% of one month's rent for lease agreements between 12 and 36 months
  • 150% of one month's rent for lease agreements longer than 36 months (3+ years)

Renting / Leasing – Tenant

(Tenant / Lessee)

  • 50% of one month's rent – minimum
  • 100% of one month's rent for lease agreements between 12 and 36 months
  • 150% of one month's rent for lease agreements longer than 36 months (3+ years)

Additional Services

(Charged in case of partial engagement only)

  • Property photography – €250.00
  • Floor plan drafting – €200.00
  • Property advertising through our channels – €150.00/month
  • Agent hourly rate – €100.00
  • Property documentation check – as per applicable attorney fees
  • Preparation of purchase/sale documentation – as per applicable attorney fees

Note: If the client engages Roel Real Estate d.o.o. for full brokerage services, the above-listed items are included in the agreed agency commission and are not charged separately.
