Modern housing project in Sveta Klara

The building project, exclusively for residential use, consists of a ground floor and two floors, one of which is recessed. All floors are interconnected by a staircase. Apartments are one-, two-, three-, and four-room apartments, ranging in size from 42 m² to 81 m². Each apartment has at least one outdoor space, loggia or terrace.

Each residential unit is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating. External PVC joinery was installed, anthracite on the outside and white on the inside. The interior carpentry is wooden and also white. The entrance door of the building is made of aluminum, and each apartment has an anti-burglary door. The purchase of an outdoor parking space is mandatory with the apartment.

The planned deadline for moving in is March 2024.

There is a bus stop nearby, only 300 m away from the building, and a train station, 500 m away.  Sveta Klara elementary school is only two minutes away on foot, which makes this facility an ideal place for families. The shopping center Avenue Mall is only 3 km away, and the Arena center is 4 km away. Nearby there is also a children’s playground, a pharmacy, a health center (3 km), a bakery, various catering facilities, a sports center, the Church of St. Klare, hair salon and other facilities necessary for life.
