Residential building project in Dugave

The project of the building, exclusively for residential purposes, consists of a basement floor, a ground floor and three floors. All floors are interconnected by an internal staircase and elevator. There are two- and three-room apartments, ranging in size from 43 to 82 square meters. Each apartment has at least one outdoor area, loggia or terrace. The building will have 14 parking garage spaces located in the basement floor, of which 2 parking spaces will be adapted for people with reduced mobility and 15 outdoor parking spaces. The building’s surroundings will be landscaped with lawn and basic ornamental plants.

The location is very well connected by traffic, given that it is located in a quiet and peaceful street, surrounded by greenery, yet close to the center and all amenities. In the settlement there are the Tratinčica kindergarten and two elementary schools, the First Elementary School of Dugava and the Elementary School of Fran Galović. Due to the large number of green areas, children’s playgrounds and amusement parks, as well as various sports facilities, this village is ideal for families with children. This planned neighborhood in Novi Zagreb is suitable for all age groups. Nearby is a health center, pharmacies, numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. In just a few minutes’ drive, there is the Oktogon shopping center, where a whole range of specialized shops and services are available. Not far from the building there is also a bus station whose line is directly connected to the center of Zagreb. Also, there is a railway line nearby. Considering the project related to the extension of Sarajevska Street in Novi Zagreb along with the construction of a tram line from the interchange in Zapruđe to the Shunting Station, even better traffic connections are expected at the said location. In addition, an overpass will be built over the marshalling yard, which will connect to the A11 highway towards Sisak and the Zagreb bypass.
