The four-room apartment is located in a quiet street on the second floor of a smaller building with a total of three apartments in Trešnjevca, NKP 88 m². The apartment has been completely adapted, the statics have been reinforced with a concrete cornice and the roof has been changed. The ceiling height is now 3.15 m, and in places where the slope descends, the lowest ceiling height is 2.5 m, which is also the height of the standard ceiling in apartments. Such a high ceiling gives additional volumes to the apartment. The building was built in the 70s, and after the adaptation of the apartment and the change of the roof, the facade was also renovated. It has excellent traffic connections, only 100 m from the bus and tram station (2 minutes’ walk).
