The four-room apartment is located in a quiet street on the second floor of a smaller building with a total of three apartments in Trešnjevca, NKP 88 m². The apartment has been completely adapted, the statics have been reinforced with a concrete cornice and the roof has been changed. The ceiling height is now 3.15 m, and in places where the slope descends, the lowest ceiling height is 2.5 m, which is also the height of the standard ceiling in apartments. Such a high ceiling gives additional volumes to the apartment. The installations were changed, the walls were completely finished, ceramics and first-class oak parquet were installed, four air conditioners were installed so that each room has its own air conditioner. The building was built in the 70s, and after the adaptation of the apartment and the change of the roof, the facade was also renovated. Nearby there is a market, a store, a park, a pharmacy, a bakery, numerous office buildings, a flower shop, beauty salons, an elementary school, a kindergarten and restaurants. It has excellent traffic connections, only 100 m from the bus and tram station (2 minutes’ walk).
