The construction of a residential building is underway, which contains three apartments, one of which is two-story, and two apartments are three-story. The building is designed so that each apartment has a separate entrance, so the building has the characteristics of the so-called family houses in a row. The apartments range in size from 70.68 m² to 110.81 m². During the construction of this building, high anti-seismic building standards are used. The building will have an A category energy certificate. Garden areas and the yard will be decorated with lawn and basic ornamental plants.
Apartment 1 – three-room two-story apartment, NKP 70.68 m²
On the ground floor there is a porch, an entrance area with a staircase, a toilet with a laundry room, a storage room and a living room area with a kitchen and a dining room with an exit to the terrace. On the first floor there is a corridor and a staircase, a bathroom with a toilet and two bedrooms, one of which has an exit to the loggia. The apartment includes two garden areas of 10.05 m² and 2.30 m² and an outdoor parking space of 12.5 m².
Apartment 2 – five-room three-story apartment, NKP 109.01 m²
On the ground floor there is a porch, an entrance area with a staircase, a toilet with a laundry room, a storage room and a living room area with a kitchen and a dining room with an exit to the terrace. On the first floor there is a corridor and a staircase, a bathroom with a toilet and two bedrooms, one of which has an exit to the loggia. On the recessed floor there is a hallway with a staircase, a bathroom with a toilet and two bedrooms, one of which also has an exit to the loggia. The space of the apartment includes two garden areas of 10.09 m² and 16.10 m² and an outdoor parking space of 12.5 m².
Apartment 3 – five-room, three-story apartment, NKP, 110.81 m²
On the ground floor there is a porch, an entrance area with a staircase, a toilet with a laundry room, a storage room and a living room area with a kitchen and a dining room with an exit to the terrace. On the first floor there is a corridor and a staircase, a bathroom with a toilet and two bedrooms, one of which has an exit to the loggia. The apartment has a garden area of 78.58 m² and an outdoor parking space of 12.5 m².
