In Zagreb’s Gornji Bukovac neighborhood, in Gajščak street, the construction of a small residential building of modern architecture is underway, which will include 4 apartments and will be ready for occupancy in December 2023. The floors will be coated with microcement high-quality and highly resistant decorative coating, and customers in the final stage of construction have the option of choosing a pattern according to their taste. Bathroom equipment from renowned manufacturers will be installed with high-quality bathtubs, shower cabins and other bathroom equipment.
The building will be equipped with a Smart house system for automatic centralized management of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and other security systems of the building.
There will be 4 garage spaces in the underground floor, and 5 outdoor parking spaces in the courtyard of the building. With the apartment, it is mandatory to purchase one garage parking space and one outdoor parking space at a price of €35,000.
Part of the building’s environment is planned to be arranged horticulturally.
The price of a square meter of living space in the Maksimir project is 3,500 €/m².
