The building is accessed from the west side from Petrinjska Street. The garage spaces in the basement are accessed by a car lift to the basement floor, where there are seven parking spaces, tenant storage and business space storage, as well as accompanying technical rooms.
The apartments are characterized by modern open-space living rooms, dining rooms and kitchens that seamlessly connect and create the impression of an even larger and more luxurious space. The living room areas are connected by glazed bay windows and are oriented towards the urban scenery of Petrinjska Street. The sleeping areas are mostly positioned towards the interior of the block, in the quiet zone of the city yard or with a loggia facing the street.
Towards the busy street, a sound and visual barrier was designed, consisting of glazed bay windows. Noise and the element of view of pedestrians and neighbors are amortized by a double membrane – glass and panels of drawn metal in a weaving structure, patinated copper color.
The ground floor continues the tradition of the public and opens to passers-by with its windows. The dark stone walls stand out against the light floors of the lobby with their luxurious tones and textures.
Each apartment as well as business premises are equipped with modern, innovative and practical solutions and equipment.
In every apartment and office space there is finished oak parquet, and top class ceramics in kitchens, sanitary facilities and loggias.
Bathroom equipment consists of products from renowned manufacturers of high-quality bathtubs, walk-in showers with partitions made of transparent glass and aluminum profiles, and other bathroom products such as toilet bowls and bidets.
There is underfloor heating in each housing unit. In addition, bathroom radiators are provided for additional heating of the bathrooms, and ceiling fan coils with temperature regulation are provided in all rooms for cooling the rooms during the hottest time of the year. The carpentry on the courtyard side and the sliding walls on the street front are made with triple IZO glass, protection from the sun in the form of electric blinds and protection from insects in the form of mosquito nets.
Due to the excellent microlocation, the business premises in this project are ideal for a lawyer’s or notary’s office, foreign representative office, doctor’s office and similar activities, and the residential premises for a fully functional living space adapted to the needs of modern man.
