New construction project Branimirova, Dubrava, Zagreb

In Dubrava, Zagreb, in Kneza Branimira Street, the construction of a residential building of modern architecture with a total area of 2441.49 m², which will include 38 apartments, is underway. The building will be ready for occupancy in April 2023. The building consists of one underground floor and 4 above-ground floors. The ground floor of the building and the remaining 3 floors are primarily for residential use. The apartments are one-, two- and three-room. The smallest residential units will have an area of 25 m², while the largest apartment will occupy an area of 54 m².
