The land is located on the western part of the island of Pag in the coastal settlement of Jakišnica.
The settlement has a Mediterranean climate because it is located along Kvarnerić, part of the Adriatic Sea. Temperatures during the summer can exceed 35°C, while the average temperature in December is 16.2°C.
Jakišnica is only 15 minutes away by car from Novalja (11.5 km), with which it is connected by a daily bus line. Nearby there is a grocery store, several restaurants and the sandy beach of Jakišnica. Tourism is the main source of income, and the settlement consists mainly of houses and villas and one hotel.
The nearest health center is in Novalja, where there are also other facilities such as grocery stores, bakeries, one of the most famous beaches in Zrće, a theater, a church and a long. The nearest hospital is in Zadar. The nearest fire station is DVD Lun in Lun. Shipments to Jakišnica can be sent or picked up at the post office in Lun.
