The floor is covered with parquet. The parquet is in excellent condition, sanded 7 years ago. The heating is gas-fired.  <br \/>\nThe apartment is equipped with PVC joinery and air conditioning. It is oriented east, south and west. The building was built in 2011. and has two floors and the apartment is on the second floor.   The building does not have an elevator.<\/p>\n<p>The Odra elementary school, Konzum, Caffe bar Oxygen, a pharmacy and the bus stop (line 166) are only a few minutes&#8217; walk from the location. In the vicinity there is NK Odra, a sports center and a church. The settlement has all the facilities necessary for life.
