This prefabricated steel house with a steel load-bearing structure is built using the latest production technology of cold-rolled steel profiles. Due to their elastic structure and light weight, such houses are highly resistant to seismic activity and wind gusts (up to 300 km/h). The base plate will be made of reinforced concrete, which will be insulated. The thickness of the facade walls will be 38 cm thick, and they will be constructed using a cement board on a substructure made of steel profiles with complete foam filling of open cells and other built-in and insulating elements. The partition walls of the rooms will be constructed on both sides with two plasterboard panels on a substructure of steel profiles with full foam filling of open cells, which results in increased thermal and sound insulation that prevents the formation of molds and fungi. The walls of kitchens, bathrooms and toilets will be additionally covered with liquid waterproofing and ceramic Marazzi tiles of the first class. Ceramic floor tiles, also manufactured by Marazzi, will be used as floor covering. Quality PVC external carpentry with triple IZO glass with built-in blinds. During the execution of construction works, installations for heating the swimming pool will also be carried out. This house will have a two-year warranty on craftsmanship and plumbing work and a 100-year warranty on steel construction. Since the planned completion of construction is April 2023, at the request of the buyer, there is a possibility of an agreement regarding the planning of the details of the final decoration, for example, choosing a tile pattern, choosing the color of the walls, decorating the bathroom, additional equipment for the pool, lighting fixtures, etc.

On the western coast of Istria, surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation blended with olive groves, vineyards and fields, you can find the Kaštelir-Labinci Municipality. Two places – Kaštelir and Labinci, ita. Castelier – S. Domenica, were gradually urbanized over the centuries, which resulted in their convergence, so that today they form one place, located ten kilometers north of Poreč. According to historical records, Labinci-S. Domenica was once a bigger settlement than Kaštelir, whereas today it is the other way around, which is also visible from the name. During the history both villages used to be under the jurisdiction of Motovun-Montona and later Vižinada-Visinada.
